■送料・発送について

本ウェブサイト（以下、「当店」）は日本国内送料無料でお届けいたします（沖縄県・離島を除く）。

沖縄県につきましては別途配送料が発生致します。

ご注文の商品の種類や数量によって自動的に配送サイズを算出し、お買い物手続き画面に反映されます。

配送料金は下記をご参照ください。

 

■配送日数について

通常、ご注文より2営業日以内に出荷させていただきます。ただし、予約注文やクラウドファンディングの応援購入商品につきましては、商品ページに記載された発送時期に商品をお届します。
なお、自然災害や大規模な催し等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。予めご了承ください。

■営業日について

月曜日～金曜日を配送営業日として対応させていただきます。

（祝日除く）

■配送中の破損等について

梱包の際は外箱にキズや凹みが付かないよう十分に配慮の上に出荷準備をいたしますが、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任によって損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のキズや凹み等はご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

■日本以外の国への発送について

当店は日本の国以外の国への配送に対応しておりません。日本以外の国の住所を配送先に指定した場合、購入はキャンセルさせて頂きます。

なお、キャンセルの際に手数料が発生した場合はご購入者様負担となります。

日本以外の国へ発送を希望する際は「Buyee」「tenso.com」などの海外配送代行サービスを利用して、日本の住所を取得してください。取得した日本の住所を配送先に指定してからご購入ください。

なお、「Buyee」「tenso.com」などの海外配送代行サービスは外部サービスとなりますので、利用方法や国際送料などにつきましてはご利用になる海外配送代行業者にお問い合わせください。

We do not support shipping to countries outside of Japan. If you specify an address outside of Japan as the delivery address, your purchase will be cancelled.

Please note that any handling fees incurred in the event of cancellation will be borne by the purchaser.

If you wish to ship to a country other than Japan, please use an international shipping service such as "Buyee" or "tenso.com" to obtain a Japanese address. Please specify the Japanese address you have obtained as your shipping address before making a purchase.
